[solved] URA won't install....

URA won't install ...

[b]I installed the database
created a user with full permission
I uploaded the database in ASCII mode
then i uploaded the rest of the files in binary
I put the database details in the config.php which i changed from sample
I chm oded one file and one folder /admin/temp.txt and /cache

Setup finds the config.php exists...OK

then i have this error
Checking the database connection ... ERROR : Access denied for user 'rdecom'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I tried to use another database,but i get the same thing happening
for some reason it won't install.
Am i missing a step or something!?
I should i take up this matter with my Host..
I truly hate the way phpadmin works with cpanel.
Any idea or suggestions would be helpful.

Don't know URA, but from the error it sounds like you have done something wrong with the password of the database in your config (since it tries to login without using a password).

I installed it before,using the same information,There is nothing else on that server to bother with.....
Just this script and a database. I think it has something to do with PHP-ADMIN in the cpanel,i seriously doubt the script is broke. But i'm having a meltdown in PHPADMIN on another server....bottom line cpanel stinks,at least it does to me.
Not much i can do...
