[solved] CAPTCHA code for unregistred visitors

Hi team,
Im wondering if anyone has come across an issue with CAPTCHA code for unregistred visitors. i tried to do a comment test but keep failing, i used my laptop and tablet as well but same issue "The code you have entered is incorrect" any ideas?
