If i was to buy the [b]BRAND-FREE[/b] package but i wanted to upgrade to the [b]UNLIMITED[/b] would i just be paying the rest of the money, so that it adds up to £208? or is there any other fees?

Yes, that's precisely how upgrading form one license to another works. You only pay the difference; no other fees are involved.
